It was clear to me showcasing our products at the Hospitality showroom would allow my manufacturer a cost effective showroom to show our capabilities to our customer’s. In addition, being centrally located in the LA Metro area at the highly recognized The LA Mart/Reef building is a huge plus. As an added benefit, Hospitality’s offers 1st class events that allow us as manufactures a vehicle to network and create opportunities.

Our firm was there from the very beginning, and I believe the Hospitality showroom has become a force to be reckoned with in Los Angeles.
I use the showroom for consultation with our Downtown high-rise clients, as well as a marketing tool for additional exposure to the Hospitality Market. The greatest asset for the showroom is the combined power of the vendors represented there. For example, we are currently engaged in creating the model units for the Metropolis project, which, is purported to be the largest Condominium development project in the history of Los Angeles–over 1,500 units in 3 towers and, a 400 room hotel. As you may have heard, 6 of the vendors from the showroom are participating in the project.

After 35+ years in the Hospitality Manufacturing Industry and based on the East coast, I recognized after personally relocating to the Westcoast that logically I had to decide for the health of my constantly growing and expanding business I had to set up a base on the Westcoast as well. After opening the Cipriani’s manufacturing factory in Los Angeles, the logically next step to expand and to get introduced to the design community in a fast pace was to get involved with the Hospitality showroom located in its prime location of Downtown Los Angeles. Annika Sandberg’s vision of a resource showroom to our design community, her knowledge in design and materials and recognition – has opened completely new doors and opportunities beyond “just” manufacturing. We just launched a brand-new furniture line designed by Annika, in collaboration with several other participating vendors in the showroom. With her knowledgeable and professional staff at the showroom combined with their social networks and CEU/AIA credit class presentations, engagements and collaboration with The REEF/LA MART and vast knowledge of the market and development in Los Angeles – I highly recommend to grasp the opportunity of expansion and growth that Hospitality showroom represent.

Our main office being on the East coast, sometime makes it hard for us to showcase our product samples and share them with our clients. The Hospitality! showroom has been our window to the West Coast for the last couple of years. The location is so great, we are able to meet and greet the designers, hold company and overall industry events.
The location of the building is centrally located in downtown LA with easy parking. In addition, the owner of the showroom, Annika Sandberg, has been a tremendous help in many ways. Just to name a few positives, the introductions to interior designers, architects, and other industry associates where we have placed our products in show houses, staging jobs as well as our increased sales to the West Coast clients.
Annika has been more of a partner than a landlord. Her attention to perfection, eagerness for business, overall enthusiasm for our product and the business, has been amazing gain.
